In addition to pies, Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop of Colleyville will offer ice cream, thumbprint cookies, coffee, tea, milk and bottled beverages.

Down Kingston Pike in Bearden, Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop makes artful creations—like mainstays apple and coconut cream—from scratch daily, as well as seasonal specialties such as key lime and spiced pumpkin.

Why pie? Meredith and Scott Layton, owners of Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop, have a ready answer: “It’s what we grew up with.”

Our newest pie shop located in the Cool Springs area of Franklin, will celebrate its Grand opening on Saturday, January 30th!

The exact date for opening will be announced soon, however construction has begun in the Cool Springs area.
