Savannah and Gabby are sisters from Johnson City, TN. They moved to North Carolina for their careers (Savannah is a nurse practitioner and Gabby studied Early Childhood Education). They fell in love with Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop a few years ago, while visiting family in Tennessee. They immediately sparked to the wonderful selection of delicious pies, the shop’s warm atmosphere and the friendly employees. They loved the unique experience that evoked feelings of home and the brand’s focus on giving back to the community.  They knew Buttermilk Sky Pie was something special, something they wanted to be part of.  Pursuing this dream together makes this experience even sweeter.

Pies are a great way to bring people together. Savannah and Gabby believe our handmade pies, baked daily from real, simple ingredients, are perfect for a weekday dinner, a holiday celebration or a thoughtful gift. Pies also provide a delicious way to support and contribute to the Community thru local events and programs like Pie it Forward, in which the shop partners with a local non-profit to benefit from the sales of a unique pie flavor.

Savannah and Gabby are excited to introduce Huntersville to The Taste of Southern Tradition and create a special experience for every guest. This starts with helping you find your favorite pie. They understand family members may each have different favorites:  Savannah favors Peanut Butter Cream and Blueberry (seasonal) while Gabby favors Chocolate Cream and Peach (seasonal).  Samples will be available and encouraged. Once the shop is open, please stop by, introduce yourself, and grab a pie (or two!)
