Morgan Hickman was part of the team that opened the original Buttermilk Sky Pie Shop in Knoxville in November of 2013. Morgan started as the manager of the pie shop and then used her experience of running the daily operations of the shop to transition to the corporate team. She now guides new franchisees through the development of opening their own pie shops with weekly support calls and a thorough training program.
Morgan also holds a valuable position as part of the recipe development team. She uses her knowledge of over 15 years of experience in the food service industry, degree in baking and pastry and experience with commercial baking to help adapt and create the delicious products that are available in our shops.
Morgan enjoys spending time camping and exploring the Smoky Mountains with her husband, two daughters and their dog, Willow.
