Meet Our Owners
When asked why Buttermilk Sky Pie, Pam immediately responded, “I opened the pie shop because food is my love language. “I love pies and the nostalgia that comes along with it.” This is clearly a terrific fit with our brand that believes handmade pies from the best ingredients are a great way to relax and connect.
Pam and Charles opened their shop in January 2019. They are active and hands-on owners with a terrific, dedicated staff. They describe their bakers as “pie architects.” They take pride in their work and will tell you that they put love into every pie!
They have loved and greatly appreciate seeing repeat customers bring their friends into the shop to introduce them to the pies they themselves enjoy so much. They connect with the community through donations to local nonprofit organizations such as The Arlington Museum of Art, River Legacy Science Center, Dental Health Arlington, and numerous schools’ and specialty interest groups’ fundraisers.
Pam and Charles both love our seasonal Lemon Ice Box Pie. When asked to pick a favorite daily pie, they both claim Granny’s Apple as their favorite. Great minds think alike! Stop by, introduce yourself, and find your favorites!
